1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the website, we collect:

• Account information: your email address, username, authentication information, and account settings.
• Profile information: your age, gender, country, and any optional City / Region you provide. Your country is determined from your IP address when you complete registration and is not selected manually.
• External sign-in information: if you sign in through an external account, we receive information made available for authentication, which may include your account identifier, email address, name, and profile picture. We do not receive the password for that external account or request access to its email messages, contacts, or stored files.
• Communications and content: chat messages, information you send to support, and content you share through the website.
• Live video information: video and audio transmitted when you broadcast, together with room preview images.
• Location information: if you choose distance search, your browser may provide your current device location for that search. We do not store a viewer’s precise device location from distance search. When a Host starts a broadcast, we request device location for nearby discovery; if the Host does not provide device location, we use an approximate location derived from the Host’s current IP address. Host location used for nearby discovery is stored on the server and is not displayed to viewers.
• Technical information: IP addresses, country and approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device information, connection details, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create and manage accounts and authenticate users.
• Send email verification, password reset, and other necessary service messages.
• Display live rooms and relevant profile details.
• Provide country-based discovery by default and optional distance-based discovery when you choose to use location, together with age filtering, room access, chat, and live video.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and maintain service security.
• Investigate misuse, respond to support requests, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Information received through external sign-in is used to authenticate you and operate your account. We do not sell that information or use it for personalized advertising.

3. Information Visible to Other Users

Live room listings may publicly display a broadcaster’s username, country name, optional City / Region, and room preview image. We do not display a broadcaster’s exact age or a country flag on room previews. Age may still be used internally when the broadcaster chooses to be included in age searches.

During supported live broadcasts, the website captures a preview image approximately every five minutes for display in room listings. Your live video and audio are available to viewers who can access your room.

Chat messages are shared with their intended participants and stored to provide chat history.

Private messages: our site team does not read private messages between users as part of normal operations. We access private-message content only when a user authorizes access for a specific support, safety, or investigation request, except where access is required by law.

Cam2Cam conversations: our site team does not listen to, monitor, or record the content of Cam2Cam conversations. The media may be processed or relayed by the technical infrastructure needed to provide the call, but the conversation content is not listened to by our team.

We do not display precise coordinates or a numeric distance between a viewer and a Host. Location is used internally to determine whether a live Host matches a selected distance filter.

Avoid sharing your home address, financial details, or other sensitive personal information. Other people may capture or copy content you share, despite our rules.

Depending on the connection method, live video may use direct connections between participants. These connections can reveal your IP address to the other participant’s device.

4. Storage and Sharing

Personal information is stored in the databases and storage systems used to operate the website.

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email delivery, security, and real-time communications. These providers process information needed to perform those functions. When you choose external sign-in, the authentication provider also processes information necessary to complete that sign-in.

Information may be stored or processed in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards must apply to international transfers.

We do not sell or rent personal information or share it with third parties for their independent marketing.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or abuse, protect safety, or establish, exercise, or defend legal rights. Access by authorized personnel is limited to operational, support, security, and legal needs.

5. Browser Storage and Security

We use browser storage and, where needed, cookies to maintain sign-in sessions and support essential website functions. Clearing or blocking this storage may sign you out or affect functionality.

We use access controls and other technical safeguards to protect personal information. No website, storage system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting contact@nicetomeetyoupark.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

After processing a deletion request, we delete or anonymize information that is no longer needed. Some records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or resolving disputes. Backup copies may remain until they expire through the applicable backup cycle.

Deleting your account does not remove copies that other users have independently made of content you shared.

7. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You can update profile details available in your account, except for the country assigned from your IP address when registration is completed. You may contact contact@nicetomeetyoupark.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

Depending on your location, you may also have rights to obtain a portable copy of information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a relevant privacy authority.

You can allow or deny browser location access. If you deny location access, distance search is unavailable to viewers. If a Host denies device location when starting a broadcast, nearby discovery uses the Host’s approximate current IP-based location instead.

Hosts can choose country-only discovery or make their room available across countries, with the option to exclude specific countries from discovery.

You can revoke external sign-in access through that account’s security settings. Revoking access does not automatically delete your Nice to Meet You Park account or previously stored information. To request deletion, contact us separately.

8. Adults Only

The website is intended only for people aged 18 or older.

If you believe someone under 18 has provided personal information or is using the website, contact contact@nicetomeetyoupark.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the service develops. We will update the date above and provide additional notice of material changes where required.

If we plan to use information obtained through external sign-in for a new purpose, we will explain that change and obtain consent before proceeding where required.
