1. About the Service

Nice to Meet You Park is a dating and social connection website that lets adults discover live rooms and communicate through chat and live video.

We provide tools for communication. We do not guarantee that you will meet a particular person, form a relationship, or have a particular experience.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the service where you live.

Provide accurate registration information, including your age. You may use a username instead of your legal name, but you must not impersonate another person.

Keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

3. Personal Safety

Use caution when communicating with people you do not know.

• Do not share your home address, passwords, verification codes, identity documents, or financial details.
• Be cautious about sharing your phone number, workplace, or exact location.
• For a first meeting, choose a busy public place where other people are present.
• Tell someone you trust about your plans and arrange your own transportation.
• End a conversation or meeting if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

Do not assume that another user’s identity, age, intentions, or statements have been independently verified. External sign-in and email verification do not establish that someone is safe to meet.

If you face an immediate threat, contact local emergency services. The website is not an emergency response service.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or discriminate against others.
• Scam users, impersonate others, or publish deliberately deceptive information.
• Share another person’s private information without permission.
• Post or share sexual content.
• Share content involving child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, or other illegal content.
• Record or redistribute another person’s private communications or intimate content without permission.
• Send spam, distribute malware, scrape personal information, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Interfere with the website or use it in violation of applicable law.

Respect other users’ boundaries and their decision to stop communicating.

5. Your Content and Live Broadcasts

You remain responsible for the messages, images, audio, video, and other content you share. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to share that content, including permission from other people who appear in it.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, and display it as necessary to operate the features you use.

If you broadcast in a live room, this includes generating and publicly displaying room preview images approximately every five minutes during supported broadcasts.

This permission is limited to operating the service and does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

6. User Interactions and Reports

You are responsible for deciding whom to communicate with and whether to meet anyone in person. We cannot guarantee another user’s conduct or the accuracy of their statements.

Report suspected abuse or violations to contact@nicetomeetyoupark.com. Do not send passwords or authentication codes in a report.

We may investigate reports and restrict content or accounts where appropriate, but we cannot promise to review every interaction as it happens.

7. Availability and Technical Problems

We aim to provide a reliable, high-quality service and will make reasonable efforts to address technical problems.

However, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, internet conditions, device limitations, and third-party outages may affect access, video quality, messages, or other features.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” and we are not liable for losses arising from technical failures, interruptions, or other users’ conduct.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes any mandatory consumer rights.

8. Account Restrictions and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, fraud, security threats, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the reason.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by contacting contact@nicetomeetyoupark.com. Information retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the service handles personal information, including external sign-in information, chat messages, and live room previews.

10. Changes

We may update the service and these Terms. We will post the updated Terms with a revised date and provide notice of material changes where required by law. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may stop using the service and request account deletion.
